Do not ever ever click link that u don't know exactly what is it!!!

I was clicked link from ma friend's tweet and its about a emm diet bla bla. I clicked it bacause I just curious what web is it and how could be that my friend was tweet like that. And its the reason i was hacked.

What should we do if we got hacked?
I must change my email password
Change my Twitter acc password
Change my twitter acc username
